自然が描く綺麗な湖面キャンパス模様
今年の梅雨は8月初めまで尾を引き、私の大好きなドローン空撮の機会はほとんどありませんでした。また、8月上旬の梅雨明けからは酷暑の毎日が続き、急激な変化に私の体がついていけず、早々夏バテ気味になってしまいました。
しかし、ドローンを飛ばすとなると、その気力に夏バテ気味の体が圧倒されて、8月中旬の猛暑の中、夏の湖景色を空撮しようとドローンを車に積んで出かけました。場所は、遠出の元気はなく、私のホームグランドの湖北町地先の湖岸です。
この場所は、水深が浅いため、夏場になると水面に水草が繁茂します。今までの経験からすると、地上目線の一眼レフカメラでは、はびこる水草が気になり、あまり景観の良くない写真となるため、水草のない場所を探してのカメラ撮影でした。
昨年の夏も投稿したのですが、見方を替えた鳥目線では、その風景が一変します。広々とした湖面に水草が蔓延ることにより、湖面キャンパスに緑色の素晴らしき模様を描いてくれます。その素晴らしき模様は、植物が描き出した自然の造形美です。
もともと、写真を撮る私にとっては招かざる客であり、水草は迷惑な存在としてのイメージが強いです。新聞記事などでよく目にする「オオバナミズキンバイ」という水草は特定外来種で、夏場に爆発的に繁殖するため、生態系や産業に悪影響を及ぼし迷惑がられています。
琵琶湖の水草は南湖での繁茂が多いのですが、湖北町地先の一部の区域でも、夏場になると繁茂しています。ここの水草の種類は分かりませんが、北湖で繁茂している場所は珍しいと思います。ここの水深は浅いため、水温が上がり繁殖しやすい環境が整っているのでしょう。
水草が良いか悪いかは別にして、ドローンを飛ばし鳥目線で見る水草模様は琵琶湖の見慣れた夏景色を変えてくれます。湖岸近くのキャンパスには、水草のより緑色の模様が描かれています。鳥目線で初めて分かるのですが、一風変わった景観を呈しており、夏場しか見られない絶景ともなっています。
今回は、湖岸に咲いたハス越しの水草を空撮動画に収めましたので、投稿します。如何でしょうか。
